Instructions

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Add orange rind then beat in heavy cream.

Pour into greased spring pan.

Bake at 500 ten minutes then lower oven to 200 and bake 1 hr.
Cool then refridgerate.
